Great service, staff is super friendly. We’ve always had such a great experience. Recently a new guy has started answering the phones, Caleb? A few weeks ago, we called to place an order, today we called again, he remembered how to spell our last names and exactly what our order was from a few weeks ago. To me, that’s amazing customer service. We’ve been going here for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. There is no one else in town with their hours, their customer service or their pizza. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We stopped here on the way home from getting our Christmas tree and had a wonderful lunch. The owners were so kind and generous, welcoming our group of 9 and offering the kids free fountain drinks and ice cream cups. We had pizza, cheesy breadsticks, grilled chicken salad, spaghetti and meatballs and wings and they were all delicious.

I wanted to give it two tries before I posted a review because every pizza shop goes through its high and lows. As a person who grew up on the OG Crenos in Zanesville, this place has lived up to the expectations. Pizza is great, as always, but if you like a crispy crust, get it well done. This is something I do most places these days, though. But the main point is the Italian sub. It’s so simple but so balanced. I don’t know how else to explain it, it’s just very good. I’ve been to several different crenos locations, some that have not made it for whatever reason. So bravo to the manager of this store.

To be honest with you, this has got to be the best pizzeria my family and I have been to in either a very long time or possibly ever. I have six children and my wife and I make eight. The Creno's team was calm, extremely welcoming, and took hospitality to the next level. The food was quick, hot, and absolutely delicious. My family found their portions very generous for a very reasonable price. There's a lot of us and sometimes when we go into any restaurant, the size of our party is overwhelming to the staff. This was not the case for the Creno's team. They came to our table during the meal and asked if they could get anything else for us and they were kind enough to offer ice cream to my children. 100 out of 100 because this place cannot be graded on a scale of 10. My only regret is that I wish I had left a larger tip as I didn't foresee this being more than a short order. We will be back soon! Thank you to everyone! Dined with them at 2:30 p.m. on December 9th 2023.

I always know what to expect from Creno's Pizza. No matter where I'm at. I bought lunch for my co-workers and me, and we got delicious pizza. I appreciate that. I can go to Aquino's no matter where I'm at and get precisely what I expect. So thank you to the workers at Creno's and Johnstown. I appreciate that I can go to a cross and get a good pizza.

Wife and I made it a priority upon moving to town to try each and every pizza place within 10 miles. Creno’s was our last place but should have been our first easily the best shop in town! We heard they recently have new owners, well whatever they are doing works! I’ll always be biased towards Detroit style pizza but this was a very very good substitute. Crust is thinner side but good ratio of sauce and toppings both with good flavor profiles. The breadsticks at first got me a bit worried because I’m so used to chain style breadsticks. But not these were fresh and absolutely made for dipping and for once in my life a store didn’t skip on the sauces! Even better the staff there is very nice and not only engage in conversation with you they make you feel as if they truly enjoy their work which is always a plus! My only recommendation for them? Detroit style pizza please I’m gonna need my fix! 10/10 will return again!

One day, they got my order wrong. Instead of treating me like a problem, they treated me like a valued customer. Great service, tasty food, no complaints here. Def recommended. Pizza veggies are finally chopped.
